Meet the Founders
The Minds Behind the Science and Spirit of Environics Vaastu
Ajay Poddar, Founder
A visionary engineer from IIT Delhi (B.Tech, Civil Engineering, 1976), Ajay’s passion for well-being and deep understanding of Vaastu Shastra drove him to pioneer solutions for radiation neutralization. An entrepreneur and innovator with over 40 years of experience in successful businesses, his groundbreaking work led to the creation of Environics – a scientifically validated system that integrates ancient Vaastu principles with cutting-edge technology to effectively neutralize harmful radiation and restore balance.
Ajay’s leadership has been instrumental in establishing Environics as a global leader in spatial harmony, with implementation in over 3250 establishments, including airports, refineries, and homes. He is a Founder Member of the Indian Green Building Council and Chairman of SIDH, an NGO active in research and education. A sought-after speaker on wellness, sustainability, and innovation, Ajay has authored research papers and the book ‘Empower Yourself: New Life Solutions for Health and Well-being’ (Penguin), and his articles have appeared in publications like The Economic Times and The Financial Times.
Manisha Matanhelia, Co-Founder
Driven by a focus on the impact of architecture on well-being, Manisha Matanhelia, an architect and entrepreneur, is dedicated to creating healthier, more energized spaces. Her journey, from her upbringing in Pratapgarh, where she was encouraged to pursue top-tier education, to co-founding Syenergy Environics Ltd. in 2007, reflects a commitment to defying norms and enhancing lives.
As the driving force behind Environics Vaastu, she has transformed spaces across industries, including refineries, airports, and luxury hotels, by realigning energy flows to foster productivity and well-being. Manisha is a sought-after speaker and mentor, shaping the future of architecture by emphasizing the impact of design on human health and well-being.
Pranav Poddar, Co-Founder
Growing up immersed in Environics’ philosophy, Pranav, an Industrial Engineer from Purdue University (2003), understood the impact of energy imbalances on people and processes. This shaped his perspective: optimizing environments for human well-being and industrial efficiency.
Before joining Environics, Pranav was a Supply Chain Analyst at Ferrell Gas USA (a Fortune 1000 organization) and later served as Managing Director of Suvidha Parklift Ltd until 2012. At Environics, he is responsible for HR, e-commerce, manufacturing, and image management.
Pranav is also an active angel investor and holds positions at the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI), including managing committee member and chairman of the wellness committee.
